Administrative  Duties:

Studio Archive: Press, book and merchandising archive, physical and digital
Studio Database: Responsible for creating and maintaining studio database records with images, provenance information and pricing, coordinating with the Production Team to ensure details are accurate. Maintaining the contacts details and mailing lists on the studio database.
Email Enquiries: monitoring general email enquiries from info@ inbox 
Image requests: sharing images and captions for press purposes. 
Talks & Events: Compiling visual and preparatory material for artist and organisers
Artist Website, CV & Bio: updating and maintaining Artist CV, exhibition updates and bio for web. 
Studio Social Media: Managing the social media content for the studio’s facebook, Instagram and twitter platforms.
Artist’s Travel: assisting the Studio Manager with coordinating the Artist’s travel, booking flights, accommodation restaurants, and accessible taxis to take the Artist and the Studio to and from the airport, checking accessibility for the artist in advance with each venue and compiling a detailed travel itinerary.
Proofing and Copy editing where required. 
DACS Images licensing

PA duties to the Artist:

Assisting with personal correspondence, booking appointments, booking cabs, reservations and rsvp to events on behalf of the artist.
Ensuring accessibility to events / talks the artist is attending.
Organising / overseeing maintenance and building works at the artist’s home, forwarding relevant invoices and payment details to the artist. Ordering and installing computers and AV equipment for the artist.
Keeping a file of accounts for tax purposes including personal receipts and bank statements for VAT checks and liaising with the accountant as necessary. Arrange a meeting with accountant each quarter to discuss accounts.
Assisting the artist with organising personal gatherings and parties at home address and at the studio.

Studio Maintenance & General Duties

Supervisor to: Cleaning and maintenance staff

Answering the telephone and front door, greeting visitors to the studio and providing refreshments.
Overseeing the general maintenance of the studio building, the lift, gate and alarm system are in working order, the kitchen is kept stocked, keys are cut etc.

The ideal candidate is a highly organised individual with a flexible approach, a strong eye for detail and comfortable working as a part of a small team.
