Key role within the business, partnering, reporting to HR Director Asia , Europe developing, implementing HR Programs procedures and policies aligning the workforce with strategic business goals. Assist in establishing measurements which support the accomplishment of the Company’s strategic goals.

Experience/Skills

  • 5-8 years working experience with general knowledge of UK and European employment laws and practices.
  • BA  – HR/Business ; MA Minimum in HR, Business, or Organisation Development
  • experience in progressive leadership Human Resources positions. •
  • _Up to date training in employment law, recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits and training, preferred.
  • Recruiting/payroll/ benefits experience
  • Auction House / Art Industry ( not essential – creative industries )
