    • Sales Department Assistant 

      Art fair management

       Manage to completion: ART SG, West Bund, The Armory Show and NOMAD Art Fair (4 Fairs)

      • Put together the proposal with the sales team
      • Collate material to present the proposal to Stephen
      • Finalise, complete, and submit applications
      • Manage the art fair calendar with all deadlines
      • Book staff hotels for the art fairs listed above and request per diems
      • Create artwork lists for exhibitions and art fairs
      • Sketch up plans for art fairs
      • Produce art fair booklets on InDesign
      • Send out preview emails for the above art fairs
      • Creating OVRs for the above art fairs
      • Adding contacts from art fair books onto AL

      Art fair deadlines:

      • Application date
      • Payment deadline
      • Stand plan deadline – design the stand with the sales team on SketchUp and hand to Ops to submit final stand plan
      • Manage the artwork list and relay to Ops for the sea freight and air freight deadline
      • Update online artwork catalogues
      • Press materials – liaise with fair and with SFG press manager
      • VIP passes and events
      • Staff Badges


      PV app

      • Management and creation of exhibitions on the Private Views app:
      • Manage the ‘collections’ tab with current projects
      • Oversee that artwork data pulls through correctly

      • Art Logic artwork links:

        • Devise sales target lists per consultant and artist

      • Produce weekly status bulletin to include: sold works, new works on the system, reserves, consignments in and out

      • Art Logic client management, updates, and research, oversee interns to add new art fair contacts
      • Overseeing print logistics/finance administration
