EG of the roles – providing  office support to the Retail Support Manager, Operations Shipping Co-ordinator and Retail Support Department providing administrative duties including:

  • Collating After Sales Packs
  • Collating maintenance and cleaning instructions( and sending out the packs)
  • Collating all delivery and collection notes
  • Collating Commercial invoices for all shipments
  • Keeping all shipping (Import/Export) spreadsheets up to date
  • Collating shipping files for all imports and exports
  • Assisting department with supplier deliveries and collections
  • Providing cover for Post-sale assistant when absent
