Covers Global Events Comms and Marketing partners closely with Global Events and Marketing leads in NYC.    

6 years related experience in PR and Marketing /Events ess. Superior communication skills, the ability to work independently,  manage time and meet deadlines, and the ability to work with multiple teams – all must haves to succeed in this role as well as Fluent French.

 Marketing & Communications  ● Plan and implement strategic press campaigns for the Paris gallery in a wide  range of top local, national, and European media, including print, online, tv, and  radio for DZ Paris shows and selected 3rd-party museum shows 

● Partner with the London & NY comms teams to implement regional press  campaigns and mailings for David Zwirner Books  ● Maintain and cultivate media relationships for the Paris gallery via meetings at  media outlet offices, lunches, gallery tours, etc. 

● Point person for day-to-day media requests pertaining to the Paris gallery  ● Work with the Research team on DZ Paris press releases  ● Inform DZ staff and gallery artists of key published media placements in 
Private Client Events  Manage and coordinate A-to-Z logistics for 6-10 Paris and European-based private  events annually which includes but is not limited to: 

● Scout and secure venues for dinners and parties in Paris and throughout Europe  ● Support European institutional events on behalf of the gallery and its artists, as  needed 

Work with global Events Teams and Sales Teams to manage guest lists, invites,  RSVPs, seating charts; manage outreach and RSVP management for lead private  events
