PA TO SENIOR DIRECTOR /SALES ASST INTERNATIONAL BLUE CHIP GALLERY – GERMAN SPEAKER
ROLE INVOLVES
- Manage Senior Directors diary
- Organise internal and external meetings
- Co-ordinate travel and related itineraries
- Screen all telephone calls and respond accordingly, manage post and emailcommunication and greet clients on behalf of the SD
- Prepare a daily running list for the SD and ensure critical tasks are completed each day
- Manage the SD’s client database: add new clients, ensure existing client information iscorrect, maintain up to date interest lists, etc.
- Assist the SD in preparing for meetings and viewings
- Work on presentations to send to clients on behalf of the SD
- Compile and record sales offers
- After sales follow up co-ordinating with Gallery Manager, Finance Manager andOperations Manager
- Complete SD’s monthly expense reports
- Assist in administrative duties as required
- Assist with events organisingRequirements
- BA or Masters degree in Art History
- Fluent in German – both written and spoken
- Other languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication
- Client service skills
- Proactive approach and ability to use initiative
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills including ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
