Exciting opportunity to set up HR Function of this thriving and rapidly expanding Auction/art/antique Co who are about to open second Central London site.  Highly successful co with driven and dynamic team.

Establish and lead the HR strategy and operation moving forward; mentor and develop the team  – strong focus on training/ L&D. Opportunity for flexibility with hours – as decided/ convenient

  • Partner with the CEO – Driving discussions around staff engagement, organisational change, training plans, talent management, succession planning, and performance for growth.
  • Design and delivery of training solutions and bespoke management development programmes
  • Manage employee relations issues
  • Coach managers in dealing with performance management
  • Lead on employee engagement activities – annual staff survey, focus groups, staff recognition and internal events ; plan and oversee the organisation of parties; activities for staff ….soft benefits packg.
  • Managing all resourcing activity including role profiles, job evaluation, preferred suppliers list, interviewing and selection, and on-boarding.
  • Recruit HR admin and others …..
