To play a key and active role in building new relationships with a wide range of people and organisations in the UK and further afield.

Responsible for developing, managing and delivering diverse programme of activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • To propose and research projects and present ideas to the Trustees.
  • Ensure and develop an exceptionally high-quality event programme and that the projects are being delivered to a high standard of professionalism (on time and budget) and to measure the impact of projects.
  • To identify new opportunities and to build long term relationships with a wide range of organisations.
  • To lead, manage and deliver a range of engagement activities (budgeting and business planning for events, communication strategy).
  • To take an active role in helping shape and curate the projects.
  • To represent the company internally and externally, being an ambassador for cultural and educational ambitions via networking, speaking at events etc.
  • To contribute to the creation and delivery of marketing and communication activities, on website, social media platforms, newsletters and promotional material.
  • To build, develop and manage the team by regular assessments/feedback etc.

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Arts, Art history or Asian studies (preferably to a Masters level)
  • Fluent speaking and writing ability in English
  • Event, Project Management, Museum or teaching experience either in a voluntary or professional capacity
