Key role in the London studio – facilitates planning and delivery of international exhibition programme, to high standard. Remit is both hands on and strategic.  Covers special projects, Gallery Liaison and Production.

MUST HAVE proven experience and ability to work autonomously delivering projects and exhibitions both in the UK and abroad preferably in contemporary art.  Strong industry knowledge and contacts; ability and resource to manage and deliver from concept to completion.

A strong project manager with budgetary experience and a good understanding of laws / constraints with the ability to lead and communicate effectively.  The leading candidate will be well informed and passionate about the artist’s work, ideals, disciplines.

Remit involves

Exhibition Management; working closely with the artist. Development and programme of works; Installation design and delivery.

Exhibition and Project Finance; Fundraising; Budgets; Sales; Finance report.

Representative Gallery Liaison – Maintaining communication/ good relations with galleries.  Liaising on Pricing, inventory, and sales

Production of Artworks -Managing production includes photography, lightboxes, sound tapes and files. Work with production houses. Tracking production

Development and production of artwork editions. Overseeing development of final artwork images with artist.

Website –Supplying exhibitions and events info to Head of Archive for updating website

Digital archive and collection –Working with Studio Archivist to produce and maintain the library of DVDs and tapes.

Events Management – External and in the studio – organising and running with the team.
