Main aim is to Sell, Develop, Promote and Manage:

* Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships – Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, such as such as promotion agencies or booking agents and maintaining them over time.
Applying effective strategies and sales techniques to ensure orchestra gets the right deals.

* Selling or Influencing others – convincing others to buy/merchandise goods or to otherwise change their minds or actions: convincing booking agents to invest in this project and getting contracts with the sponsors.

* Communicating with Artist Manager, Project Manager, Logistic Manager – Providing information to co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

* Confer with clients to develop strategies for their careers, and to explain actions taken on their behalf.

* Negotiate with managers, promoters, union officials, and other persons regarding clients’ contractual rights and obligations.

* Manage business and financial affairs for clients, such as selling tickets, and directing marketing and advertising activities, depending on the future contracts.
