Senior Global Director: Special Projects

    team on a timely manner, ensure consignment agreements are sent to artists, organise shipping with registrars, liaise with communications department on all the materials relating to each exhibition (images of works, press release, wall text, invitation card, ads etc.)

  • ●  Assist with preparation of exhibition catalogues
  • ●  Prepare artist’s dossiers for existing and new artists
  • ●  Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
  • ●  Understand, execute and prioritize sales offers with relevant content sheets,

    catalogues and other materials

  • ●  Follow up with post-sale actions: invoicing, sales packs, shipments
  • ●  Prepare materials, information packs and any other required paperwork for meetings
  • ●  Keep record of offers and collectors interests
  • ●  Ongoing research of collectors and potential client list from existing extensive

    contacts

  • ●  Maintain office filing and archiving
  • ●  Work on special projects / events co-hosted by JPJ
  • ●  Manage and maintain  schedule and appointments
  • ●  Manage travel arrangements including travel research, visa applications, passport

    renewals, flight, car and taxi bookings, liaise with travel agents or book direct with transport companies as required in a timely fashion to ensure the most economic arrangements are made

  • ●  Create itineraries
  • ●  Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • ●  Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • ●  Liaise with internal staff at all levels and arrange regular meetings as required
  • ●  Prepare documentation on behalf of the for any meetings
  • ●  Ensure all contacts are updated and in book them onto Art Base
  • ●  Work at gallery in events when reasonably required
  • ●  Knowledge of ArtBase or similar databases an asset

Sales Assistant

Assist Sales Director with offers and other pre- and post-sale tasks

  • ●  Prepare detailed sales offers for clients with speed and accuracy
  • ●  Prepare mass mail outs ahead of art fairs and exhibitions using Google Sheets
  • ●  Compile sales packs to be mailed to clients when they purchase a work
  • ●  Assist with artist liaison tasks as needed: work on dossiers of artists’ work, maintain

    interest list, conduct research, organise small events like lunches/dinners

  • ●  Prepare materials for viewings and meetings
