– Supporting pre-sale outreach efforts by providing client data analysis and market intelligence.

– Researching and relaying bespoke business intelligence to the Client Services

– Collecting and analysing client feedback to improve service,

– Analysing team statistics to improve ways of working to maximise efficiency,

– Reviewing and producing client documentation such as export licences, tax refunds, etc.
