Main responsibilities

  • You will assist the Europe General Manager (EUGM) with all necessary tasks in order to shape company strategy, define opportunities and align teams to make it happen.
  • You will be the point of contact in Europe for accountants, lawyers, payroll professionals, etc.
  • You will conduct research, prepare recommendations based on data analysis and qualitative inputs, give reports with internal communications and group policies.
  • You will submit monthly financial reports (budgets, P&L, bank reconciliation and others as needed).
  • You will have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.

The ideal candidate

  • Fluent in English (Spanish and French will be a plus)
  • Business degree.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good communicator both written and oral.
  • Organised.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Good at working under pressure.
