    • Put together the proposal with the sales team

    • Finalise, complete, and submit applications
    • Manage the art fair calendar with all deadlines
    • Book staff hotels for the art fairs listed above and request per diems
    • Create artwork lists for exhibitions and art fairs
    • Sketch up plans for art fairs
    • Produce art fair booklets on InDesign
    • Send out preview emails for the above art fairs
    • Creating OVRs for the above art fairs
    • Adding contacts from art fair books onto AL
