Standard Terms and Conditions for Permanent and Contract
Candidate Agreement.
Rose Arts and Media are compliant with the GDPR regulations. Please also read our Website Terms

Rose Arts & Media is a recruitment agency (as defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973)
By accepting the terms and conditions for candidates and completing the online application for a
vacancy with one of our clients, you confirm agreement to be represented by Rose Arts and Media Ltd.
For employment. This agreement confirms how we will provide our recruitment services to you.

1. Rose Arts and Media are to provide you with recruitment services that is to say we will act as an
agency as defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973.

2. You authorise Rose Arts and Media to seek work on your behalf. We will notify you of potentially
suitable job opportunities and provide you with advice and guidance to help you with your career

3 By completing this registration form/application, you have informed us that you wish us to seek
employment within the field of work as specified within your registration.



1. All and any business undertaken by Rose Arts and Media is transacted subject to the terms and
conditions hereinafter set out. Rose Arts and Media are acting in the capacity of an employment
agency at no cost to the candidate.

2. Upon provision, by the work seeker (“Candidate”), of full and accurate Curriculum Vitae, Rose Arts
and Media shall, at its sole discretion, search for suitable employment positions on behalf of the
Candidate. The type of employment sought for the candidate will be as detailed on the Candidate
Registration Form.

3. Before any work finding services are provided the Candidate shall provide Rose Arts and Media
with satisfactory evidence of the Candidates identity which shall include, but not be limited to, a
certified copy of the Candidate’s passport or birth certificate.

If, in respect of any prospective employment, the Candidate is required by law, any professional
body or by the hirer (“Client”) to hold or have any experience, training or qualifications and/or
authorisation, the Candidate shall provide Rose Recruitment with:

(a) Up to date copies of such qualifications and/or authorizations; and
(b) The names of two referees (who are not relatives of the candidate) who the Candidate agrees
that Rose Arts and Media may approach at any time for the purpose of obtaining references
about the Candidate.

4. The Candidate consents to the disclosure of all relevant information (which is reasonably required
to progress any application) including but not limited to copies of qualifications, authorisations
and/or references by Rose Arts and Media to the Client.

5. The Candidate shall immediately inform Rose Arts and Media should there be any reason or
circumstances under which it would be detrimental to the interests of Rose Recruitment, the Client
or the Candidate for the Candidate to take up a particular position with a Client.

6. Rose Arts and Media shall be under no obligation to find employment for the Candidate.

7. The Candidate should not engage in any conduct which is detrimental to the interests of Rose arts
and Media, would negatively affect Rose Arts and Media’s relationship with the Client or is likely to
bring Rose Arts and Media into disrepute.

8. The candidate having any complaint in connection with the work finding services shall have the
right to present a complaint in writing to the director or Senior Manager of Rose Arts and Media..

9 .If, following an introduction from Rose Arts and Media the Candidate receives an offer of
employment or engagement to work for or a Client introduced by RoseArts and Media, the
Candidate shall inform Rose Arts and Media immediately and provides Rose Arts and Media with
the details of the offer including a copy of the offer letter/contract of employment if requested.
An offer of employment is not made until written details are received from the Client. Rose Arts
Media does not accept any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the
Candidate by reason of the Candidate’s decision to resign from his/her current employment or
engagement before or after receipt of the Clients written offer.

Data Protection
The Agency will collect certain personal data and other information from the candidate which is required
for the provision of the services. Such personal data is collected held and processed by the Agency for
the recruitment process.
The Agency is a Data Controller under the data protection act 1998 and is registered as such.
The agency shall not share any personal data with any third parties without the candidate consent.

The Agency shall not be liable for

a. Loss of any data, cvs or other materials submitted by the candidate
b. Any errors present in the information presented to candidates including
c. Failure of the candidate to secure employment with any of its clients

The agency may modify these Terms at any time. In the event that modifications are made, details of
them will be published forthwith on the website.
